U.S. Energy Cooperation Budgets and Energy Peace Corps - Presentations & Papers
As a part of NPEC's project, "40 Years Hence: Implementing Title V of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Act of 1978," experts were commissioned to assess the economic and environmental efficacy of alternatives to introducing or expanding nuclear power in a number of developing countries. Below are analyses of U.S. energy cooperation spending and the feasibility of an Energy Peace Corps, a program called for in Section 502 of Title V.
The Nonproliferation Policy Education Center (NPEC), is a 501 (c)3 nonpartisan, nonprofit,
founded in 1994 to promote a better understanding of strategic weapons proliferation issues. NPEC educates
and university professors about proliferation threats and possible new policies and measures to meet them.
