February 21 Dinner - Our National Security Past: Too Sensitive to Make Public?

On Februayr 21, 2019, NPEC hosted a dinner seminar on US declassification. The seminar featured presentations by William Inboden of the University of Texas, Austin; Richard Immerman of Temple University; Robert Jervis of Columbia University; and William Tobey of Harvard University.

The Nonproliferation Policy Education Center (NPEC), is a 501 (c)3 nonpartisan, nonprofit, educational organization
founded in 1994 to promote a better understanding of strategic weapons proliferation issues. NPEC educates policymakers, journalists,
and university professors about proliferation threats and possible new policies and measures to meet them.
