NPEC on Nuclear Power and Proliferation in the Middle East

NPEC executive director Henry Sokolski gives a presentation entitled "What's to Keep Atoms for Peace in the Middle East?" at a panel sponsored by The James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and the Georgetown Institute for International Law and Politics.
