January 27, 2011: Life After START: New Challenges, New Opportunities

The Nonproliferation Policy Education Center and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace will hold a Conference on the challenges that the US and others will be face after congress ratified START. What's unclear, though, is what strategic threats the U.S. and its allies are likely to focus on after this.
