Comment to the NRC on the NRDC's Petition on U.S. Civil HEU
Mr. Sokolski submitted this letter in response to the request for comment in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission´s Notice of Receipt of the National Resources Defense Council´s rulemaking petition to establish a date after which the NRC shall not license the civil use of high enriched uranium except in specific circumstances. |
