Aug 08, 2008 Comment to the NRC on the NRDC's Petition on U.S. Civil HEU
Mr. Sokolski submitted this letter in response to the request for comment in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission´s Notice of Receipt of the National Resources Defense Council´s rulemaking petition to establish a date after which the NRC shall not license the civil use of high enriched uranium except in specific circumstances.
