Financial Times publishes "No Amount of Juggling Can Nullify Nuclear Investment Risk" by Steven Thomas. Dr. Thomas, a professor of energy policy in the Public Services International Research Unit at the University of Greenwich (London), wrote this in response to "Reduce the Risk of Nuclear Investment" by David Newbery, a professor of applied economics at Cambridge University.
