The publications and activities of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center have been invaluable to me, my academic colleagues, and my students in understanding the complex and multi-faceted challenges of nonproliferation. In an area often characterized by self-interested and biased arguments, Henry and the NPEC can be counted on for the honest and penetrating analysis that is needed to inform our debates.
