Henry D. Sokolski, Executive Director
Henry Sokolski is the executive director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center and teaches graduate-level classes on nuclear policy at the University of Utah and the Institute of World Politics. He is also a Senior Fellow for Nuclear Security Studies at the University of California at San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy.
He has worked in the Pentagon as Deputy for Nonproliferation Policy, as a consultant to the National Intelligence Council, as a member of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Senior Advisory Group, and as a Senate military and legislative aide.
He has also served on two congressional commissions on the prevention of WMD proliferation and has authored and edited numerous volumes on strategic weapons proliferation issues, including Underestimated: Our Not So Peaceful Nuclear Future and Best of Intentions: America’s Campaign against Strategic Weapons Proliferation.

Bailey Martin, Program Coordinator
Bailey Martin is the Program Coordinator at the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University, Post, and dual majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Brooke Buskirk, Production and Outreach Coordinator
Brooke Buskirk is the Production and Outreach Coordinator at the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Language from the University of Maryland. Before joining NPEC, she was an editor at The Writer’s Bloc at the University of Maryland. Victor Gilinsky, Program Advisor
Victor Gilinsky is an independent consultant primarily on matters related to nuclear energy. He was a two-term commissioner of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from 1975-1984, and before that Head of the Rand Corporation Physical Sciences Department. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering Physics degree from Cornell University and a PhD in Physics from the California Institute of Technology, which gave him its Distinguished Alumni Award. He is a member of the American Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
