Although satellites, space launch vehicles, missiles, and drones have been operating for more than a half-century, who has them and uses them as well as how they are used is undergoing a set of major revolutions. Almost all of these systems are now dual-use, even developing nations now own and operate them, and they all are far more lethal militarily and commercially significant than they were even 20 years ago. More important, their lethality and commercial utility are likely to continue to grow.
